1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 88fv platform — including the website at 88fv.io, the mobile-optimised interface, any associated applications, and all gaming or betting services made available through those channels — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 88fv (the "Platform" or "we" or "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has already been created.

2 Eligibility

Use of the 88fv platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. 88fv strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which the receipt or use of online gambling services is prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. All accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 88fv or any of its affiliated game studio partners, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the 88fv platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3 Account Registration

To access any real-money betting or gaming feature on 88fv, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

One account per player. You may hold only a single 88fv account at any time. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual — identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifying attribute — 88fv reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses associated with them, and withhold any funds pending investigation.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials strictly confidential.

88fv may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority, along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88fv are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically reflect in your 88fv balance within seconds of the transaction completing on the provider's network.
• 88fv does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made during system maintenance periods may be delayed. 88fv is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing networks.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, subject to KYC verification being completed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours are typically processed within 5 minutes for mobile wallet methods.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 88fv reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been met in full before processing will commence.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

88fv may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All such offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus are stated in the specific offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 88fv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or the use of automated betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and BPL/IPL fixtures are subject to their own specific terms published at the time the promotion is launched.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on 88fv are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 88fv does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except in circumstances where the platform has determined a technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 88fv will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected round or bet and returning stakes.
• Odds displayed on the cricket sportsbook are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay in acceptance to protect against latency-based exploitation. 88fv reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after a material event (e.g., a wicket falling or a goal being scored) where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per game, per bet type, and per day. These limits are published within the relevant game or sportsbook section and may be updated from time to time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88fv platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and 88fv reserves the right to void all associated bets and withhold funds pending the outcome of that investigation:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influencing of sporting events on which bets are placed through 88fv.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors to generate winnings not intended by the game design. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be reversed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other platform interaction.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without material gaming activity.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, promotional restrictions, or self-exclusion periods.
• Accessing 88fv using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fv platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 88fv or its licensed content partners, including the game studios named in these Terms & Conditions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any platform content without the express written permission of 88fv.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to deliver platform services.
• Use the 88fv brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or association without prior written consent.

9 Privacy & Data

88fv collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

88fv's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

88fv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements and pending transaction obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

13 Amendments

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 88fv's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
